Panacinar emphysema is the loss of all parts

To cut part of the lungs, enlarged airspace with emphysema is not visible. Although usually some scarring over time due to superimposed infection, emphysematous process is a loss of lung parenchyma, and no fibrosis. There are two main types of emphysema: tsentrodolevaya (centriacinar) and panlobular (panacinar). The former includes mainly the upper lobes and the second includes all lung fields, including the base. Tsentrodolevaya emphysema occurs when respiratory bronchioles most common side effects of lasix loss in the proximal part acinuses with delicate distal alveoli. This pattern is most typical of smokers. Panacinar emphysema is the loss of all parts acinuses
